Return Eligibility:

• Items must be unused and in original packaging.

• Custom or personalized products are non-returnable unless damaged.

How to Request a Return:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Damaged Products:

• Report damage within 48 hours of receiving the order.

• We offer free replacements for damaged items.

Refund Process:

• Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund approval.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
